Oral and poster physical presentations, as well as online presentations, addressing any aspect of the conference theme and subthemes, are welcome. Please submit a 250-word abstract via the form below. Please name the file as ‘Your Name-ICOGO2024 ABSTRACT.’ Before submitting your abstract, ensure you follow the guidelines on this page. Abstract submissions start: 20th November 2023

ABOUT THE REVIEWING PROCESS

Your abstract will undergo a double-blind peer review by the conference committee as soon as it is received. Notifications regarding the acceptance or rejection of the abstract will be sent within two weeks of the submission.

Accepted abstracts will be assigned an abstract ID to be used in all communications. If a revision is required, the revised abstract must be submitted within a week.

Once your abstract has been accepted, you will be invited to proceed with the payment and registration for the 2nd ICOGE 2024 conference.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE CO-AUTHORS

Please note that a single registration permits only one person to attend the conference. If the co-authors would like to attend the conference, they are required to register and make the payment independently as participants

The committee reserves the right to reject any abstract that does not comply with the length and formatting requirements or is received after the deadline
