Poster Guidelines and Measurements
Poster presenters should prepare their posters following these guidelines.
- Poster size:
- All posters must be in portrait formatA1 size.
- A1 size = (59.4 x 84.1 cm, which is 23.4 x 33.1 inches)
- Font size should be large to enable easy reading.Recommended minimum font size of 20 points.
- Posters should include the following details:
- The Conference Logo
- Title
- Authors name, affiliation, email address
- Graphics and text needed to convey the main message for the presentation.
- Poster Presentation formats: (1-hour poster viewing sessions) (Physical only).
- Don’t forget to print your poster and bring it in “hard copy” along with you to the conference.
