Submit E-Presentation Recording Guidelines
We invite presenters at ICOGE 2024 to submit their presentations in the below form. Submissions should be original, previously unpublished work.
Virtual Presentation Guidelines
- Presentation format (Virtual):
- Parallel Session (10 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE PRESENTATION
- Create PPT using the ICOGE PPT Template.
- Use any application to record your video presentations such as Zoom, Microsoft teams and Windows Media Video (WMV). The video recording must not exceed 10 minutes.
- Share the PPT and the link of the recording files with us for quality and originality checks after the confirmation of your registration.
- Submit deadline of the finalized PPT and the E-presentation recording is 5th June 2024
- The video will be posted in our YouTube channel before the conference day.
General rules:
- The presentation schedule will be published in our website on 30th JUNE 2024.
- The presenters MUST be present during the conference as per the published schedule to present their papers and during the Q & A session to be eligible to receive the e-certificate.
- The submitted recording will be only played if any technical issues occurred in a condition that the presenter is present.
- The presenters who failed to be present during the conference as per the schedule and during the Q &A session will be considered absent and hence will not receive the e-certificate.
